The history of the preparation of civil services exams and preparation of various competitive exams held by Pakistan since the independence of Pakistan.
In the first phase, candidates appear in screening test if he/she qualified screening test then will be called for subjective type written test which consists on 12 subjects (06 compulsory & 06 optional) after Qualifying written test will be shortlisted/called for interview, Then interview will be held Headquarter by a panel/committee of experts comprising of officers of the armed forces Beaurocrates, Administrative officers, and psychological Experts.
After passing the interview, successful will be appointed in different Govt sectors like as Police, Railways, Custom, & other Administrative posts as Gazzeted Officer BS-17.
After the selection process of the candidates, they are sent for one year or more probation period.
